Welcome to our website !
Last Thursday, I had the honor of attending Sebastian Gunawan's Golden Allure show in Hotel Mulia Senayan. The place is filled with shimmering lights and symphony of gold. Golden AllureGolden Allure shows not only Ready-to-Wear pieces, but also wedding gowns that absolutely took my breath away. I was able to capture some pictures on set, but alas, nothing beats seeing the real deal in flesh.

I also get to meet few new people and old colleagues from my old school (Yuune, Kaeki and Cathy). The cuisine served are also pretty top-notch and grand. I totally enjoyed myself through the show. Hopefully in next year, I will be able to attend Sebastian's annual show again.

The dresscode actually is elegant, but I personally feel like I totally missed the elegant point. I mean, people are wearing dresses! Compared to them, I look like a lost traveler HAHA :p Oh well. <3

Everything seems like a city of dreams,
I never know why,
But I still miss you.

There she's standing in a field of lights,
I close my eyes,
And I still miss you.

And I still miss you.

This Thursday I visited this particular pop-up market called "I Love Bazaar Jakarta - British Invasion" with a bunch of friends. The whole place is decorated well with british things, like telephone booth, mini royal guard, etc.

Super cute decorations!

Little things that matters.

'I Love Bazaar Jakarta' has been held annually ever since 2012. This year's theme is the "British Invasion", my kind of theme <3 Selling things from fashion, leather goods, quirky crafts, home living and delish food and drink, there are a lot to buy from these compilation of 100+ selected local brands and Indonesian online shops. It is located on the fifth floor of Grand Indonesia West Mall. So, if you have time to swing by after school or work, do check them out! ( Note: They do sell a looooot of quirky, statement items, so do take your time looking around <3)

Invitation, sort of?

Looking for that diamond-in-the-rough piece can be extremely tiring, but was it worth it? Definitely! I was particularly looking for simple sheer kimono and just basic hoodie. In my first round looking around, I didn't buy anything. (Like a eagle eyeing for its prey, lol) But the second round though. I. Bought. Like. 3. Within. 15. Minutes? :")))))

I bought this sheer skull print kimono for IDR. 165,000. I seriously love the little details that form as the skull. It gives an effortless edgy look to any clothes. Wearing it with a golden body-chain would look totally bomb <3 The sellers almost got me into buying a black version of this, luckily I'm that broke :") Though they are very lovely people and super friendly!

Lovely, lovely details <3

The next item I purchased is this over-sized coral poncho hoodie. It's huge like a poncho but with a hoodie. The colour is lovely and complements my skintone. (And thanks to my friends for showing me this item. *totally missed this*) Maybe wearing a snapback and highwasted denim would look cute with this. And Nike Air Max 1. I don't remember how much I paid for it, but I don't think it's more than IDR. 200,000. The price is totally worth the comfortness. (Has been wearing it ever since, lol)

The last item is the true blue classic kimono. For about IDR. 265,000 (+ 20% discount to IDR. 212,000), it's a great steal! I love, love, loooove the colour of this. My perfect shade of blue. It is made from thin fabric and it doesn't feel humid wearing them, in fact the opposite! This kimono comes with a cotton strap to fasten the kimono. And I feel like this has a summery feel to it, maybe because of the pattern? Who knows. :p The ladies who sell this are very nice and they would take initiative to tell you what clothes looks nice on you and tell you to try them on~! Thanks, nice pretty ladies <3

Kinda disappointed they don't sell any Cumberbatches :"c loljk

Maybe I'll make a post to complement this, like a how-to-style-what post? :p
Your comment and share are appreciated! See you again in my next haul <3
